Rogers v. Johnson-Norman, 2005 D.C. App. LEXIS 517 (DC Ct. App., Sept. 26, 2005), the District of Columbia Court of Appeals held that a provision in a civil protection order against an alleged stalker does not deprive him of his constitutional right to the free exercise of religion.
