Washington State 10 Commandments Case Appealed

Oregon Live reports that on Oct. 12, an appeal to the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals was filed in Card v. City of Everett. A Washington state federal district court in the case held that a 10 commandments monument on public property in Everett, Washington may remain there without violating the constitution.
