Pennsylvania Supreme Court Loosens Church Land Tax Exemptions
Earlier this week, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported on a December 30 decision by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court permitting a property tax exemption for church parking lots when they are reasonably necessary to the existence of the church itself.
