Ohio's Governor Bob Taft

Sub. H.B. 184 which requires school districts that receive donated copies of the mottoes of the United States ("In God We Trust") or the State of Ohio ("With God, All Things Are Possible") to display them in school buildings. The requirement also applies when funds are donated to purchase copies of either motto. The law sets out design requirements, and permits school boards to adopt alternative designs.
