Charges Dismissed Against Street Preacher In Kansas City
In Kansas City, Kansas, officials have decided to drop criminal trespass charges of against Michael Wheeler who was arrested for preaching about his Christian beliefs and praying on a public sidewalk near the University of Kansas Medical Center. After being issued a warning, Wheeler was ticketed and spent 6 hours in jail.
