In Morristown, New Jersey, a Superior Court judge approved the conditions imposed by the city's Board of Adjustment on the expansion of a Jewish temple. Superior Court Judge B. Theodore Bozonelis had previously overturned the Town Council's denial of the synagogue's expansion plans, but told the Board of Adjustment to develop the expansion guidelines that he approved on Tuesday. According to
yesterday's Morris News Bee, the judge's earlier opinion had precluded certain restrictions as violative of the Temple B'Nai Or's religious freedom.
