On August 23, the Ohio Supreme Court summarily affirmed the court of appeals holdings (see
prior posting) on statute of limitations in two priest sexual abuse cases. In
Miller v. Archdiocese of Cincinnati and
Doe v. Archdiocese of Cincinnati, the Supreme Court affirmed the lower court's refusal to extend the statute of limitations. The summary affirmance was based on a decision handed down by the Supreme Court last May. (See
