Pennsylvania Zoning Ordinance Challenged By Church

Liberty Counsel has filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of the Lighthouse Christian Center against the city of Titusville, Pennsylvania, challenging the city's zoning ordinances that exclude churches from commercial areas and only permit them in areas zoned residential.
