5th Circuit Grants En Banc Review Of Bible Monument Case

Last week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit granted en banc review in Staley v. Harris County Texas, (Nov. 17, 2006). In August, a panel in a 2-1 decision in the case upheld an Establishment Clause challenge to a monument on the grounds of the Harris County, Texas courthouse.
