Law Prof Suggests New Insights From Old Polygamy Cases

Beason along with the 1890 Revelation from Wilford Woodruff, then-President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, demonstrates that the Mormon Church's decision to end polygamy illustrates a fascinating effort of a religious group to grapple religiously with a set of secular facts.
