Malaysia Will Not Force Non-Muslims To Testify In Sharia Courts
In Malaysia, the Chief Judge of the country's Syariah Judiciary Department, Datuk Sheikh Ghazali Abdul Rahman, announced at an international conference on family law that non-Muslims would no longer be forced to attend Syariah courts to testify in cases involving differences between Muslims and non-Muslims.
