Russian Prelate Criticizes Teaching Of Evolution

MosNews reports today that Patriarch Alexy II, head of the Russian Orthodox Church, has said that it is unacceptable to impose Darwin's theory of evolution on students in Russian schools. At an educational conference in Moscow, he said: "Teaching the biblical theory of the world’s creation will not harm students.
