Arizona School Voucher Program Upheld

In Cain v. Horne, (AZ Super. Ct., June 13, 2007), a Maricopa County, Arizona Superior Court judge held that the state's school voucher program does not violate the Arizona constitution's ban on appropriating public funds for religious instruction or for private or sectarian schools.
