Cert. Denial From April (Not Previously Reported)

Earlier this term, on April 23, the U.S. Supreme Court denied certiorari in Shepp v. Shepp (Case No. 06-9580) (Order List). In the case, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court had refused to order a divorced father to refrain from discussing his religious views that favor polygamy with his daughter whose custody he is sharing.
