Israel's Supreme Court Finds Kibbutz Exception To Sabbath Closing Law

A three-judge panel of Israel's Supreme Court earlier this month overruled the decision of a regional Labor Court and held that the Hours of Work and Rest Law does not apply to stores owned by a kibbutz and operated by kibbutz members.
