Appeal Filed In Suit Challenging Inaugural Oath and Prayers

In the case, the trial court dismissed on standing grounds a challenge to the Chief Justice administering the oath of office at President Obama's inauguration using the phrase "so help me God" and to clergy delivering an invocation and benediction at the ceremony.
