National Religious Moot Court Competition Scheduled For February
The 5th annual National Religious Moot Court Competition will be held at George Washington University Law School on Feb. 4-5, 2011. The competition is open to teams from ABA-accredited law schools. This year's problem deals with RLUIPA as it applies to zoning decisions. This year's final round will be judged by Judge Thomas B. Griffith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit; Professor Michael McConnell of Stanford University's Constitutional Law Center and formerly of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit; and Melissa Rogers of Wake Forest University who is Chair of President Obama's Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships .
