Cert. Filed In Case On University Funding of Student Religious Groups
According to University of Wisconsin-Madison News yesterday, on November 30 the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents filed a petition for certiorari seeking U.S. Supreme Court review in Badger Catholic, Inc. v.
