Following up on his
January decision holding unconstitutional the five years of Utah state court proceedings aimed at reforming the polygamous FLDS Church's United Effort Plan Trust, federal district judge Dee Benson on Thursday signed a temporary order handing control of the Trust back to FLDS Church leaders.
