Supreme Court Hears Oral Arguments On FCC Indecency Rules

The U.S. Supreme Court today heard oral arguments in FCC v. Fox Television Stations, Inc. (Transcript of oral arguments.) The case, which is of interest to many in the religious community, involves a constitutional challenge to the Federal Communications Commission's current policy barring indecency on radio and television broadcasts during prime time.
