WLNS News, last Monday (
legislative history) Michigan Governor Rick Snyder signed HB 5560 (
full text) making it a misdemeanor to enter or remain on property, or obstruct entry or exit to property, with the intent of disrupting individuals meeting there in the pursuit of their free exercise of religion. First offenders may be sentenced to up to 93 days in jail, $1000 fine or 100 hours of community service.
