Cert. Filed In Challenge To State Findings On Reliance on God

A petition for certiorari (full text) was filed last week with the U.S. Supreme Court in American Atheists, Inc. v. Kentucky Office of Homeland Security, (cert. filed 11/13/2012). In the case, a Kentucky state appeals court rejected an Establishment Clause challenge to legislative findings in a state Antiterrorism Act about the necessity of reliance on God.
