The U.S. Supreme Court yesterday denied certiorari in
Moss v. Spartanburg County School District, (Docket No. 12-415, cert. denied 11/13/2012). (
Order List.) In the case, the 4th Circuit upheld Spartanburg's released time program that permits high school students to receive two academic credits for off-campus religious instruction offered by a private Bible school. (See
