Suit Challenges Oregon Same-Sex Marriage Ban

According to the Willamette Week, two same-sex couples filed suit in federal district court in Oregon this week challenging Oregon's state constitutional ban on same-sex marriage. One of the couples wants to marry in Oregon; the other couple wants its Canadian same-sex marriage recognized in Oregon. The complaint (full text) in Geiger v.
