Chicago Tribune reported this week that the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals has granted a motion filed earlier this month by three female Notre Dame University students seeking to intervene anonymously in the appeal by Notre Dame of
the ruling requiring it to comply with the Affordable Care Act contraceptive coverage mandate final rules relating to religious non-profits. (
