In the wake of a federal district court ruling two weeks ago that Ohio's refusal to recognize same-sex marriages performed elsewhere is unconstitutional (see prior posting), a new federal lawsuit was filed yesterday challenging Ohio's ban on issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples who wish to wed in Ohio.
