Injunction Issued In Contraceptive Mandate Case On Remand From Supreme Court
On remand from the U.S. Supreme Court after its Hobby Lobby decision (see prior posting), in Autocam Corp. v. Burwell, (WD MI, Jan. 5, 2014), a Michigan federal district court issued a permanent injunction barring enforcement of the Affordable Care Act contraceptive coverage mandate against Autocam Medical, LLC.
