Freedom To Marry, founded in 2001 to push for legalization of same-sex marriage, is taking the rare step of going out of business now that its goal has been accomplished. Wednesday's
Wall Street Journal reported that unlike many other non-profits that find a new cause to promote, Freedom To Marry will help its staff find other positions, will make certain that its records are archived, and then will close down completely by February.
