Prayers posted on Facebook by an Ellis County, Texas defense attorney have come under scrutiny of trial judges after complaints by the county district attorney's office that running commentary on ongoing trials is included in his prayers. As reported Tuesday by
CBS DFW, prosecutors are concerned that jurors might come upon the posts during the trial So far judges have not totally barred attorney Mark Griffith from posting prayers online, but they have ordered that the prayers not contain a running account of the trial. Griffith says he will appeal.
