On Friday, the Nevada Supreme Court heard oral arguments (
audio of full oral arguments) in two cases challenging the constitutionality of Nevada's extensive school-choice law enacted in 2015. The law provides for educational savings accounts funded by the state. The cases are captioned
Schwartz v. Lopez in the Supreme Court, and were decided below
sub. nom Duncan v. State of Nevada (see

prior posting).
