Yesterday in
McCall v. Scott, (FL Sup. Ct., Jan. 18, 2017) the Florida Supreme Court declined to hear in appeal in a case challenging the constitutionality of Florida's Tax Credit Scholarship Program. In August, a state appeals court held that a group of plaintiffs-- advocacy organizations, teachers, parents and religious and community leaders-- lack standing to pursue the case. (See
