Suit Seeking Cannabis Exemption For Rastafari Moves Ahead In Iowa

An Iowa state trial court has denied a motion by the Iowa Board of Pharmacy to dismiss a suit brought against it claiming that it abused its discretion when it refused to recommend to the state legislature an exemption for religious use of cannabis by Rastafari.  (Order in Olsen v.
