The U.S. Supreme Court today denied review in
Aloha Bed & Breakfast v. Cervelli, (Docket No. 18-451, certiorari denied 3/18/2019). (
Order List). In the case, a Hawaii sate appeals court held that a 3-room bed & breakfast violated the state's public accommodation law when the B&B owner refused on religious grounds to accept a room reservation from a lesbian couple. (See
