On Monday, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments (audio of full oral arguments) in Spell v. Edwards. In the case, a Louisiana federal district court dismissed a suit by a pastor challenging the state's COVID-19 limits on worship services. (See prior posting.)
