Last Thursday, the State Department announced that Secretary Blinken has awarded the Department's International Religious Freedom Awards to individuals in New Zealand, Nigeria, Iraq, Pakistan, Nicaragua, South Africa, and People's Republic of China-Tibet, as well as to a group of nine Orthodox clergy in Lithuania.
