Citizens for Quality Education San Diego v. Barrera, (SD CA, Sept. 25, 2018), a California federal district court refused to issue a preliminary injunction against an initiative undertaken by the San Diego school district to address Islamophobia and anti-Muslim bullying. The court held that plaintiffs are unlikely to succeed on the merits of their Establishment Clause and state constitutional no-aid clause claims.
