Suit Challenges Colorado Stay-At-Home Order Partly On Free Exercise Grounds
A suit was filed on Monday by a pro se plaintiff in a Colorado federal district court seeking a preliminary injunction to bar enforcement of the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders issued by the state and local officials.
