The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday heard oral arguments in U.S. Navy SEAL's 1-26 v. Biden, (Docket No. 22-10077, argued 2/6/2022) (audio recording of full oral arguments). In the case, a Texas federal district court issued preliminary injunctions barring the U.S. Navy from imposing its COVID-19 vaccine mandate on Navy service members who sought religious exemptions from the requirement.
