Amicus and Party Briefs In Christian Legal Society Case All Now Available Online

All of the amicus briefs, as well as the briefs of the parties, have now been filed with the U.S. Supreme Court in Christian Legal Society Chapter v. Martinez. In the case, which is scheduled for oral argument in the Supreme Court on April 19, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the right of University of California's Hastings College of Law to impose its policy against discrimination on the basis of religion and sexual orientation on a student religious group seeking formal recognition.
