Release of Tapes of Prop 8 Trial Again On Hold
In the latest skirmish over California's Proposition 8-- the ballot measure that barred same-sex marriage-- a panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday issued a stay pending appeal of a district court order that authorized release of digital recordings of the original trial on Prop 8's constitutionality.
