6th Circuit Stays Tennessee Same-Sex Marriage Ruling
In Tanco v. Haslam, (6th Cir., April 25, 2014), the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals granted a stay pending appeal of a district court preliminary injunction requiring the state of Tennessee to recognize the same-sex marriages of 3 couples who were legally married in other states.
