Cert. Petition Filed In Challenge To California's Ban On Teen Repairative Therapy
In a press release yesterday, the Pacific Justice Institute announced that it has filed a petition for certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court in Pickup v. Brown. In the case, the 9th Circuit upheld the constitutionality of California's ban on state-licensed mental health providers engaging in sexual orientation change efforts with patients under 18.
