Christian College Denied Relief Against Contraceptive Coverage Mandate Accommodation
In Wheaton College v. Burwell, (ND IL, June 23, 2014), an Illinois federal district court refused to grant a preliminary injunction to a Christian liberal arts college that objects to complying with the Affordable Care Act contraceptive coverage mandate accommodation for religious non-profits.
