Cert Denied In Challenge To New Jersey's Reparative Therapy Ban
Yesterday the U.S. Supreme Court denied review in King v. Christie, (Docket No. 14-672, cert. denied 5/4/2015) (Order List). In the case, the 3rd Circuit upheld against 1st Amendment challenges New Jersey's statute barring professional counselors from engaging in sexual orientation change therapy with minors.
