Cert. Petition Filed In Challenge To Non-Profit Contraceptive Coverage Accommodataion

Yesterday a petition for certiorari (full text) was filed with the U.S. Supreme Court in Little Sisters of the Poor Home for the Aged, Denver Colorado v. Burwell.  In the case, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld against RFRA and constitutional challenges the Obama Administration's Affordable Care Act accommodation for religious non-profits that object to furnishing contraceptive coverage.
