10th Circuit Hears Oral Arguments In "Sister Wives" Challenge To Utah Polygamy Ban

The U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday heard oral arguments in Brown v. Buhman, a case in which a Utah federal district judge struck down most of Utah's statute banning polygamy.
