Amicus Briefs Supporting Petitioners In Zubik Are Now Available

Monday was the deadline to file amicus briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court in support of petitioners in Zubik v. Burwell and its companion cases which challenge the accommodation for religious non-profits that object to the contraceptive coverage mandate under the Affordable Care Act.  Forty-two amicus briefs were filed, and Becket Fund has links to the full text of all of them.
