9th Circuit Hears Challenge To Ban On Conversion Therapy
The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday heard oral argument (video of oral arguments) in Welch v. Brown. In the case, a California federal district court rejected Free Exercise and Establishment Clause challenges to California's ban on mental health professionals providing "sexual orientation change efforts" (SOCE) for minors.
