Canada's Supreme Court Hears Arguments In Ecclesiastical Abstention Case

On Nov. 2, the Supreme Court of Canada heard oral argument (video of full oral arguments) in Judicial Committee of the Highwood Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses v.
