IRS Grants Non-Profit Church Status To Lesbian Anti-Trans Organization

TaxProf blog and Forbes report on the recent decision by the Internal Revenue Service to grant 501(c)(3) non-profit status to the Pussy Church of Modern Witchcraft.  The IRS also granted the organization tax status as a church. PCMW describes itself as "a congregation of adherents to our female born, lesbian-feminist-based religions beliefs and traditions."
